Testimonials
"My Son was very upset about having to wear glasses. He even left the office at one point to go to the bathroom to cry. Your staff was very compassionate towards my son during his time of unrest.
This was unlike anything I had ever experienced at any other doctors office. I sing your praises to everyone I know.
Thank you!"

"One day while riding in the car, my eyes felt like they were full of sand. They were so sensitive to light I couldn’t even keep them open.
Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Leslye – the receptionist at Knightdale Eye Care, who is such a caring person, said “Let me see if Dr. Poirier can see you,” and he saw me almost immediately.
He explained my eyes were badly irritated from chronic dry eye.
The prescription I was given cleared up the irritation and the drops for dry eyes have been great.
Everyone in the office is awesome, beginning with the front desk receptionist, with the beautiful smile, all the way through to the nice young lady at checkout.
Rob and Bev help you pick out the perfect frames and will adjust them for you, all the while with a caring smile."

When I come to Knightdale Eye Care, the first thing I notice is the warm and inviting environment. From the moment I check in throughout my entire exam and at check-out, I enjoy the personal yet professional experience I receive from the entire staff. The technicians at Knightdale Eye Care have always been especially kind, patient, and informative. Each step of the exam is always explained to me and the technicians have always been extremely gentle. If I ever have questions they always take the time to answer them as well as explain in depth anything I may not understand. As a stay-at-home mom I often have my three children with me at my appointment, Heather, one of the technicians, who I get most often has never once made myself or my children feel as we are unwelcome or a bother. In fact, we have come to absolutely adore her.
Dr. Timothy Poirier is an excellent physician and has done a wonderful job selecting his employees. I highly recommend Knightdale Eye Care to everyone.
